Ranjit Singh

Founder–AspireLabs, Reimagine Plastic Director & Mentor–Legistify, Co-create Change, Creative Clutch

Mr. Ranjit, with over three decades of experience in corporate management across Indian, international, and multicultural business environments, excels in driving corporate growth and turnaround initiatives. He has held key positions such as Managing Director at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL) and Global COO and Board Member at Polyplex Corporation Limited, significantly contributing to their globalisation and sustainable profitability. Mr. Ranjit’s expertise spans various industries, including infrastructure, plastics, specialty chemicals, automotive, financial services, education, and strategy consulting. As a transformational leader, he focuses on sustainability and ESG strategies, actively consulting, mentoring, and investing in startups. Mr. Ranjit is the founder of Aspirelabs, an accelerator with a focus on sustainability, and Reimagine Plastic, an initiative promoting circular economy models. His interests lie in the circular economy and upcycling, and he serves as a mentor, investor, and advisor in diverse fields, including sustainability, education, mental health, and rural development. Mr. Ranjit also contributes as a member of the Board of Governors at IIM Jammu.

Abhinav Ramaria

Head-Programs and Operations

 Abhinav is a management professional with over 18 years of experience in the corporate and startup spaces. He has expertise in business management, innovation programmes, life cycle assessment (LCA) studies, and plastic waste management-related policy research. He has rich onsite and corporate experience at JSW Steels and Polyplex Corporation Limited, where he led teams and initiatives with a special focus on sustainability. Currently, he is heading Programmes and Operations at Aspirelabs, where he is responsible for startup acceleration and incubation, sustainability-related studies like LCA, plastic recycling-related policy research and advocacy, and investment deal flow and evaluation. He has been a speaker at a number of national and international-level seminars on plastic waste management and sustainability. He is a mentor at startup incubators like Startup Oasis, CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad, FLCTD (Facility for Low Carbon Technology Deployment), AIM Smart City Accelerator, etc., and at ATL, Niti Aayog. He has a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. 

Kapil Agarwal

Manager – Incubations program

Currently, Kapil is associated with AspireLabs as an incubator manager. Previously, he worked with AIC-BIMTECH as a deputy manager responsible for the Canadian Technology Accelerator programme and other national and international programs. Kapil comes with a cumulative experience of 4.5 years in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and has been on both sides of the table, i.e., as an entrepreneur for 2.5 years and as an ecosystem enabler for 2 years. He is a graduate of AKTU with a degree in civil engineering.

Dikshita Deka is an environmental resource management professional with a strong foundation in sustainability, ESG analytics, and circular economy project leadership. With a master’s degree from Brandenburgische Technische Universität she blends technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration. Her experience spans stakeholder engagement, data-driven storytelling, and impact strategy across both public and private sectors.

Pooja Aggarwal

Accounts Executive

Pooja is pursuing a Chartered Accountancy (CA Final) course and has completed her Masters in Commerce. She has 4+ years of experience in multiple fields, including her internship. She has experience in maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts, analysing and disseminating information regarding financial records, with particular emphasis on financial reporting, direct tax compliance, ROC compliance, audit reports, tax audit reports, project management, and budget analysis.
